随着我国创新型国家2030战略确立，中国发力创新的声音振聋发聩。国家主席习近平如是强调：“我国科技事业发展的目标是，到2020年时使我国进入创新型国家行列，到2030年时使我国进入创新型国家前列，到新中国成立100年时使我国成为世界科技强国。”
With the establishment of the strategy to be an innovative country before 2030, the voice to innovate is loud enough to awaken the deaf. President Xi Jinping once stressed “Our targets in technology development are to enter into the rank of innovative countries by 2020, to top that rank by 2030 and to become a world technology superpower by the 100th anniversary of China’s foundation.

汽车产业作为国民经济的支柱产业，在我国新型产业化过程中，科技创新势必是汽车产业持续发展的强大动力。我国汽车零部件产业自主创新能力是制约汽车行业发展的短板，零部件强，则汽车工业强，中国零部件产业与主机厂协同创新是建设我国汽车强国的关键所在。基于此考虑，于2013年发起中国“汽车与环境”创新论坛，至今己成功组织了四届。日趋严格的排放法规和油耗标准驱动汽车低碳化和轻量化，促进中国汽车产品与全球最先进市场的产品同步，中国零部件企业与整车企业协同创新更是企业生存与发展的必要条件。此外，近二年全球汽车产业展现电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化等超大发展趋势，技术创新比以往任何时候都更加有力驱动产业的变革。这些新的大趋势，不但对汽车零部件企业，而且对整车企业都是重大冲击和变革，也孕育巨大的发展机遇，更需要我们共同研讨大趋势所需要的新技术，抓住新趋势所呈现的机遇，加快汽车强国的实现。
During our country’s new industrialization, scientific and technological innovation should be the powerful engine for the development of auto industry. However, parts suppliers’ independent innovation ability becomes the drawback which restricts auto industry development. Our auto industry will become more powerful with more advanced parts. The synergistic innovation between parts suppliers and automakers should be essential to build our country an auto power. Considering this, the Automotive association of National Thousand Talents Program launched the China Automotive and Environment symposium in 2013 and has now successfully held four session. The increasingly stricter emission and fuel consumption regulations drive the industry into a low-carbon and light-weight trend, which will promote China auto industry synchronize with global advanced market. What’s more, the synergistic innovation between parts suppliers and automakers is also prerequisite for companies’ survival and development. In the past two years, vehicles have become more and more electric, intelligent, connected and thus technological innovation has become a more powerful transformation driver than ever. Those new trends will have great impact and cause changes both on supplier industry and automakers, but they will also bring great opportunities. We should discuss the necessary technologies for new trends and grasp the opportunities to quicken our country’s transformation to an auto power.

2017“汽车与环境”中国汽车及零部件产业创新论坛（被誉为行业中专业性最高，影响力最强的论坛之一）将在以“中国汽车制造2025”作为中国汽车发展目标的行动纲领的基础上，以“技术创新驱动汽车未来”为主题将携百名政府领导、院士、学会领导、企业高管、业内领军专家，共同探讨汽车产业车厂与零部件协同创新和技术发展路径。此外，此次论坛旨在进一步促进整车企业与零部件企业之间对未来技术发展趋势的探讨、加强汽车行业专家之间的交流互动、增进专家与地方企业间的交流、搭建合作平台，通过活动促进汽车零部件产业创新转型升级、建立长期联系并形成战略合作关系，实现从汽车大国向汽车强国的转变。
The Innovation Forum in China’s Auto and Supplier’s Industry, ranked as one of the most professional and influential forums. 2017 Auto and Environment Forum, will be based on the development target of Made in China (2025), and take Technological Innovation Drives Auto Industry’s Future as its theme. At this forum, academicians, association leaders, industry experts, specialists of Thousand Talents Program will join hands with government officials and entrepreneurs to discuss the synergetic innovation and technological development path of auto industry. This forum can help to establish cooperation forum to promote the discussion on future technology development between automakers and suppliers, to strengthen the interaction between industry specialists and to increase the communication between specialists and local enterprises.
